PLATINUM:
$3,000.00 Offers a versatile 28 X 46 or larger meeting/exhibit room adjacent to the symposium exhibit hall for 1 full day, recognition on the hotel monitors, recognition on an individual easel display, and recognition in the symposium program.

GOLD:
$2,000.00 Offers a 12 person Flamingo Hotel conference suite for 1 full day, recognition on the hotel monitors, recognition on an individual easel display, and recognition in the symposium program.

SILVER:
$1,000.00 offers recognition on the hotel monitors, recognition on an individual easel display, and recognition in the symposium program.

BRONZE:
$500.00 offers recognition on an individual easel display, and recognition in the symposium program.

GENERAL:
$250.00 offers recognition in the symposium program.

SPECIAL:
